We are looking for a high caliber female candidate who is interested in admin work for a business group in Bahrain.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Taking minutes
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Arranging deliveries with suppliers and customers

Ideally the candidate need to be:
- Local hire
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to work with different team members
- Knowledge in basic computer skills
- A driving license and a car is a bonus
- English speaker

- Salary starts from BD 180 (range is determined upon candidate assessment)
- Accommodation and transport is provided
- Benefits and allowance provided
- Work Visa for 24 months
